Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Anna Gioielli.
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy to make the process as easy as possible for you.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@annagioielli.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization. Once your request is received, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or used, or for items not in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
